New Gateway Building
Syracuse, NY
 The project consists of a new campus commons building designed to serve as a gateway to the campus.
The facility will include public spaces, a book store, display areas, limited food service, administrative offices and support spaces.
The project will also include a total energy plant to provide steam, electricity and chilled water to the new building and one or more nearby campus buildings. It is intended that the plant will be housed in the new building and utilize a biomass fuel source, likely wood pellets. This new facility will be designed to meet LEED Platinum standards.
