One Century Tower

 The twenty-story, luxury office tower includes an atrium lobby, retail space on the ground level, high-speed elevators and complete day-care facilities. The building includes a 40,000 SF basement parking facility and an attached 580-car enclosed parking garage.
Mechanical and electrical systems were designed for maximum flexibility to meet tenant needs. A forced central ventilation and exhaust system which employs heat recovery to temper incoming air and reduce operating costs, also functions as a state-of-the-art smoke control system.
A state-of-the-art central energy plant at the basement level services tenant air handling equipment. Electric screw chillers with ice storage and high efficiency gas-fired boilers provide chilled water and hot water to service building loads at minimum operating costs. |
