 Parker Hannifin is a leading diversified manufacturer of fluidics and motion control technologies. Parker Hannifin provides precision engineered solutions for a wide variety of commercial, mobile, industrial and aerospace markets. Its products are vital to virtually everything that moves or requires control, including the manufacture and processing of raw materials, durable goods, infrastructure development and all forms of transport.
 This project at the Skinner Valve Division involved the specialized adaptation of manufacturing space into prototype testing areas, a fuel cell laboratory, a CNC machine room, and related administrative spaces.
New mechanical systems included definite purpose heating ventilation and air conditioning systems, various dedicated exhaust systems for process applications, fume hoods, process chiller equipment, piping loop & controls, and a direct digital control system.
New electrical systems included power and lighting, communication and control, fire alarm and the provision of dedicated power services to major project areas, and the installation of a new bus duct system to serve both the project area and adjacent manufacturing space.
