van Zelm Engineers Hal Kerr and Mike Higgins have been named as 2019 Outstanding ACE Connecticut Mentors! Hal has served as a mentor for the ACE New Britain Chapter. Mike has been a dedicated ACE mentor and Board member of the New Haven Chapter for many years.
