Science and Engineering Complex (SEC) achieves LEED Platinum and Living Building Challenge Petal certifications.  This is an unprecedented achievement for Harvard, and both especially stellar achievements given the diversity of the building, complexity of the program and the size (over 500,000 gross square feet).  This is the largest building, and the first building with wet labs, in the world to achieve Living Building Challenge certification.  van Zelm is proud to be the MEP/FP design engineers on this exciting project.
