An existing lab space of approximately 3500 Sq Ft. was renovated for use as open lab space, freezer & incubation equipment space, a microscopy lab & a tissue culture lab, new 100% outside air system and a redundant lab exhaust system. Lab utilities included potable and non-potable water, CO2, DI water, nitrogen & vacuum. The existing fire protection system was modified to serve the new floor plant. Existing normal & emergency power, fire alarm & telcom sources were expanded into the new lab area.
