Significant renovations, expansions and upgrades were made to an existing 192,000 SF building with the addition of a 145,000 SF of new manufacturing space for Eppendorf’s Life Sciences business segment.  This project established a new production site in the U.S. for the purpose of supplying laboratory products at the point of demand.  This facility provides manufacturing space for precision metal working, injection molding, assembly, and testing.  Production areas include temperature/humidity-controlled cleanrooms.  Headquartered in Hamburg, Germany, Eppendorf is a leading supplier of systems and research tools for the biotech industry worldwide.
