Located at a prominent gateway to downtown New Haven, the Park Street Building serves as a main entrance to Yale-New Haven Hospital. The 9-story, 180,000 SF sustainably designed building involves a highly complex site and program. The pharmacy is located on the first level of the building. The second level includes retail spaces and a soaring, sunlit atrium. The upper floors serve as laboratory facilities for Yale-New Haven, one of the nation’s largest hospitals. This building achieved LEED Gold Certification.
